今回ご担当いただく「Usergram【ユーザグラム】」は、PC・スマホ・アプリをまたいだユーザごとの詳細な行動から、ユーザの心理を潜在レベルまで把握でき、マーケティング施策やビジネスプロセスの構築に活かせるソフトウェアです。個別最適化はされているが、全体最適がされていない結果、ユーザにとってはかえって使いにくくなっているサービスを、ユーザ中心のサービスに変えていきたい！という強い思いのもと開発が始まりました。
ユーザ分析に慣れていない人にも使ってもらいやすい直感的なUI/UXにより、導入企業は130社を超え、ユーザグラムでさばいているユーザのアクション数は月間10億近くに上ります。現在も順調に導入件数を伸ばしており、今後も増加が見込まれています。
また、今後はウェブサイトやアプリへのアクセスデータだけではなく、各企業が保有するデータの取り込みをすることで各ユーザに関する情報をより明確にし、企業がユーザに対してより共感できる状態を作り出すことを目指しています。
今回は、高速処理を担保し続けるためのアーキテクチャー検討(DB
設計含む)、及び様々なデータのインポート及び集計・表示機能の実装などを担って頂けるサーバーサイドエンジニアを募集します。
具体的な業務は、
・DjangoやNode.jsによるAPIの設計、開発及び管理
・BigQuery、AthenaなどのAPIを用いたデータ処理
・データ解析チームと連携し、データマイニング・AI機能の設計・開発
・インフラチームと連携し、Webアプリケーション環境整備
・WebアプリケーションのUnit テストやIntegrationテスト
・に向けたアーキテクチャーの改善提案及び設計、開発

・Web アプリケーションのバックエンドの開発経験
・RDBMS もしくは NoSQL データベースの設計・開発経験
・データ構造やアルゴリズムについての知識
・耐障害性及びメンテナンス性を意識したアプリケーション設計・開発経験
・Python, Java, C, Node.jsを使った開発経験
・SQLの理解
・MySQL, Cassandra, Apacheを使った開発経験

We are a SaaS company and our philosophy is “Contributing to society by delivering an easy in use service and product for our customers, through analyzing users’ behaviour”.
We would like you to be in charge of Usergram, a PC, smartphone and app service, which is analyzing users’ behaviour and used for making business plans and marketing strategies. Our motivation is to optimize a process of using and make it more effortless on a individual level.
More than 130 companies and over a billion people are using Usergram these days. We made it so easier for them to use it on almost intuitial level, by using UI/UX. Without a doubt we are planning to raise this number.
Also, in a future we want to focus not only on the accessibility to web sites’ and applications’ data, but also on highlighting the information about users of each company, through incorporating with data of each company. Now our aim is to create an environment where companies would better understand customers’ needs.
Now we are recruiting a server side engineer, whom we would like to be in charge of acceleration maintenance of architectural consideration (including maintenance of DB). As well as data import tabulation and implementation of display functions.
【Our perfect candidate】
Job qualifications:
・experience in designing and developing of API by using Django and Node.jp
・experience in data processing by using programs as BigQuery, Athena
・experience in maintenance of web application in cooperation with infrastructure engineering team
・experience in testing of web applications and integrations
・experience in data mining, AL’s development and maintenance in cooperation with data analysis team
・experience in architectural development, maintenance and improvement of acceleration progress
Highly welcomed skills:
・experience in setting up and development by using RDBMS or BoSQL
・experience in development of web application’s back end
・knowledge in data and algorithms structurization
・experience and knowledge related to processing large amount of information
・experience in software development by using Python, Java, C, Node.js
・understanding of SQL
・experience in using such a programs as MySQL, Cassandra, Apache
・experience in application design and development with understanding of fault tolerance
maintainability
・knowledge and experience in performance tuning
